$31 to unlock the full license, I have a full Hue system with over 30 lights throughout the house, yet this will only let 50% of the lights to work, and you can't even pick which ones. Some lights worked solid, others didn't hardly do anything. Messed with all of the settings and still couldn't get most of the lights to act like the few that did what I wanted. definitely not worth $31 if it can't make all of the lights behave properly, would be hard to justify even $5 with the bugs.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. The Philips Hue bridge has a limit of 10 lights for the streaming protocol, which isn't a limitation of my app. The app should have informed you that it will use some lights for ambient effects if you select more than 10 lights. If you truely want more than 10 lights, you can add some more Philips hue bridges.

Good app to sync Hue to Spotify. Family and friends love the light show when playing music and it gives the room a nice vibe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if the app is left on sync mode after done playing music, the lights can't be controlled by my home automation app. On some occasions I forgot to turn off the sync mode, only to wake up the next morning with all the other lights in the house turned off through a bedtime scene, except the Hue lights controlled by the app.

Trust me, I've tried all of the music syncing options out there and this is absolutely the best one. No app is going to be a perfect lighting designer, but this one is really, really good. Pick songs with clear melodies & beats and you'll have better results. EDM it does fantastic with. Also adding a delay between ~+.3s to .6s seems to work best with syncing it for me, but this will fluctuate especially based on how you're playing the music (through your phone, bluetooth, etc).
